The Italian Migrating Kitchen was a huge hit with Massimo from Caffe Italiano playing to the crowd.

Try Massimo's Tiramisu:
Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Add liquor to the coffee if you wish. Mix together the egg yolks, mascarpone cheese and sugar. Beat egg whites to a fluffy snow, add them to the egg yolk mixture and gently mix to a consistent 'crema'. Soak the savoiardi biscuits in the coffee. Place a layer of coffee soaked savoiardi in the bottom of a rectangular container (similar to a small lasagna dish) and top with a layer of crema. Repeat this, ending up with a layer of crema. Lightly sprinkle the cocoa on top and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Buon appetito!
Add Massimo's secret ingredient - NUTELLA! Decrease the amount of mascarpone
cheese to 150 gm and mix it with 100 gm of nutella.
